Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician 3 is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Key responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, coordinating with production departments, and assisting with equipment installation and maintenance scheduling. The role requires in-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, ability to read schematics, conduct major electrical repairs, and support junior technicians. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify safety hazards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with DC drives, servos, and electric motors
- Experience with PLC systems, particularly Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Direct Logic
