Job Summary
Maintains all facilities, equipment, and grounds throughout the District. Requires 3-5 years experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC; must have or obtain within one year the Certified Pool Operator Certification; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license. 3:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m. Monday–Friday shift; 12-month position; wage commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three to five years experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC work
- Must have or obtain within one year the Certified Pool Operator Certification
- Work independently with miminal supervision
- Effective oral and written communication skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
