Job Summary
Perform maintenance services and repairs across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot CNC drives, motors, and setups while correcting tooling malfunctions. Operate personnel lifts and forklifts to move equipment, and fabricate miscellaneous items from wood, metal, and Plexiglas to improve quality and production. Execute repairs including changing air, grease, and coolant lines, as well as installing new equipment and performing basic PLC maintenance. Adhere to all safety requirements and utilize the CMMS system for inventory checks and MRO part lookups.
Required Qualifications
- 40 semester hours of industrial trade training
- 5 years general maintenance experience
- Qualified electrician
- basic electronics
- Certified forklift operator
- Welding
- Industrial electricity/wiring
- Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
- Practice 6S
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints
