Job Summary
Perform maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facilities, including repair of automated computerized controls, machines, equipment, buildings, and grounds. Execute major electrical, mechanical, and construction repairs while interpreting schematics and blueprints. Troubleshoot drive-related issues to the component level for Fanuc, Siemens, and Allen Bradley controllers, determining root causes and recommending preventive actions. Conduct preventative maintenance autonomously, communicate equipment status through work orders, and advise supervisors on outside service needs. Construct sketches for mechanical alterations and electrical circuitry, prepare bills of material, and operate material handling equipment. Adhere to plant lock-out/tag-out protocols and work with service representatives on equipment installation. Requires high school diploma or GED, three years of maintenance experience preferred, and strong mechanical and basic electrical skills. Hourly base pay range $27.40 - $31.97.

Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology
- Equivalent to Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology
- Experience with Industrial Machinery
- Three (3) plus years of experience in Maintenance
- Strong mechanical skills
- Basic electrical skills
- Comprehension of schematics/blueprints
- Knowledge of Hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Self-starter
- Motivated to maintain building/machines to 100% uptime via strong preventative activities
- Competency in several crafts
- Ability to perform handyman aspects in all trades
- Ability to construct sketches of mechanical or construction alterations/installations and electrical circuitry
- Ability to prepare bills of material
- Ability to initiate purchase requisitions
- Experience using various material handling equipment such as hoists, carts, lifts, fork trucks and hand trucks
- Experience using lock-out/tag-out devices
