Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) responsible for ensuring production and operations run safely and efficiently. Duties include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, inspecting equipment, completing work orders, updating maintenance tracking, identifying electrical issues through PLCs/drives, ensuring machine productivity and quality after repairs and changeovers, managing inventory of repair supplies, and addressing safety concerns. Welding (MIG/arc) and forklift proficiency are required or preferred. Strong emphasis on safety, communication with maintenance leadership, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience in fast paced manufacturing environment
- Good working knowledge of electricity and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Knowledge/experience with PLCs and drives preferred
- MIG and/or arc welding experience
- Forklift experience required
