Job Summary
Ensure continuous operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. Troubleshoot malfunctions, determine appropriate repairs and part replacements, and fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation. Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications to complete tasks while documenting actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain team continuity. Requires 3 years of production floor experience, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, welding/pipe fitting skills, pneumatic/hydraulic knowledge, and PLC experience. Starting pay is $34.69 per hour with a pay-for-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years min experience as a Maintenance Technician in production floor environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Some Welding and pipe fitting experience
- Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- PLC experience
