Job Summary
Lead and oversee the second-shift maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, document equipment files, optimize spare parts inventory, and create/execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal equipment performance. Strong mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance expertise, plus demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, are required to effectively guide the shift and collaborate with peers to minimize downtime and maintain reliable operations.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years of mechanical, electrical, and/or HVAC maintenance experience and knowledge
- Experience in leading maintenance crews is preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
