Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Job Summary
Troubleshoot automated industrial equipment and identify necessary repairs while installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and building infrastructure. Support the preventive maintenance program by completing work order assignments accurately, fabricating parts as needed, and interpreting blueprints for utility line installations including steam, water, air, gas, and condenser systems. Perform required safety training, record work data using maintenance systems, and maintain a clean, safe work area. This full-time 2nd shift role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, plumbing and welding experience, and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least two years of related experience
- Ability to speak and write clearly and understandably
- Must provide own tools necessary to complete essential job functions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with boiler maintenance
- Knowledge of steam, air, and plumbing systems
- Plumbing and welding skills
