Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift at MMPA/Superior Dairy in Canton, OH. Focus on troubleshooting and repairing production machinery and plant systems, installing sanitary pumps and valves, and maintaining 24VDC control circuits. Requires climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and following GMP and Chemical Safety procedures to ensure Safe Quality Food products. Collaborates with Maintenance and Plant Managers to meet annual goals; performs various tasks as assigned to support safety, reliability, and performance of production equipment and facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of P&ID drawings in an industrial environment
- Ability to troubleshoot digital and analog instrumentation
- Experience with PLC controlled equipment
- Ability to interpret control logic
- Experience with 24VDC control circuits
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong GMP and Food Safety practices
- Team-oriented communication
