Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for upkeep of the Green Bay facility and mechanical/electrical systems, performing emergency and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment with minimal downtime. Requires blueprint/diagrams and ladder logic understanding, proficiency with hand/power/shop/diagnostic tools, ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision. Includes installing/modifying production equipment, documenting activities and procedures, maintaining cleanliness of the shop, PC literacy (email/outlook), and adherence to GMP, safety, food safety, and environmental protocols. Emphasizes attention to detail, dependability, professional collaboration, proactive initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
