Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and lighting. Troubleshoot and repair facility-related equipment to minimize operational disruptions while conducting routine inspections and identifying improvement opportunities. Coordinate building repairs, installations, and facility improvement projects, then monitor equipment performance and document all activities in the CMMS. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and partner with Facilities, Production, Engineering, and EHS teams. Provide occasional maintenance support for manufacturing equipment as needed. Work second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Monday through Friday with overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or facilities environment
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and general building maintenance systems
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work second shift and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree, certification, or vocational training
- Experience maintaining building systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure
- Associate degree or technical certification in Facilities Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, HVAC, or a related field
- Experience supporting manufacturing facilities or industrial environments
- Universal EPA Certification, electrical license, or other relevant trade certifications
- Forklift certification
