Job Summary
Trouble-shoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety predictive and productive maintenance systems. Respond to maintenance calls to the line, perform preventative maintenance, and analyze machine performance to recommend improvement processes. Ensure all machinery is functional for production while tracking production downtime and documenting process improvements. Work with minimal supervision and follow lockout/tagout procedures in a fast-paced environment. OT as required with flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma/GED
- 2+ years working in a production environment
- Technical certification in electrical, robotic, mechanical, and or fabrication
- Robotics, mechanical, welding, electrical knowledge
- PLC and schematics experience
- Allen Bradley and siemens step 7
- Forklift/Manlift Certification
- Mechanical skills
- Ability to work from heights
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Mechanical safety requirements
- Safety certification
- Strong mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of building maintenance
- Ability to read and understand building schematics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Acts as an independent leader and also transitions to a team player when needed
- Blueprint/schematic reading
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- OT as required/flexible schedules
- Travel Required: minimum
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certification preferred in one of the following fields: electrical, robotic, mechanical, and or fabrication
- Safety certification preferred
