Job Summary
Trouble-shoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment while ensuring all machinery remains functional for daily operations. Respond to maintenance calls to the line, perform preventative maintenance, and analyze machine performance to recommend improvement processes. Follow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment while tracking production downtime and documenting continuous improvements. Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, with overtime required on flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma/GED
- 2+ years working in a production environment
- Travel Required: minimum
- Robotics knowledge
- Mechanical knowledge
- Welding knowledge
- Electrical knowledge
- PLC experience
- Schematics experience
- Allen Bradley knowledge
- Siemens step 7 knowledge
- Forklift/Manlift Certification
- Mechanical skills
- Ability to work from heights
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Mechanical safety requirements
- Safety certification
- Strong mechanical skills
- Analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of building maintenance
- Ability to read and understand building schematics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Blueprint/schematic reading
- Proficient in Microsoft office
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certification preferred in one of the following fields: electrical, robotic, mechanical, and or fabrication
- Safety certification preferred
