Job Summary
Maintain and repair facility machinery, equipment, and tooling while performing regular preventative maintenance checks and documenting activities in the CMMS. Assist in organizing the maintenance shop, ensuring adequate parts inventory, and recording spare part usage. Execute Lockout/Tagout procedures during servicing, support equipment setup, and resolve routine maintenance problems involving multiple variables. Communicate with all departments and comply with safety work rules and regulations. This full-time 2nd shift role operates Mondays through Thursdays from 2:50pm to 12:50am, with occasional extended hours or weekend work. The position requires a two-year technical degree and experience in welding, electrical, pneumatics, or hydraulics.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate forklift and scissor lift required
- Ability to work overtime or weekends may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree in maintenance preferred
- Two plus years of Maintenance Technician experience preferred
- Technical training in welding, electrical, pneumatics or hydraulics preferred
