Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility and conveyance systems, adhering to OSHA standards and LOTO protocols. Document work performed in the asset management system and accurately report spare parts inventory levels and daily usage to leadership. Execute projects with outside vendors within designated DCs while assisting in teammate development by training junior technicians. This 2nd shift role (Tuesday-Friday, 5:30p-3:30a) requires expertise in PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, with a starting rate of $29.55/hr plus a $1/hr shift differential. Candidates must hold an associate's degree or vocational certificate in mechanical or electrical applications with 3-5 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree - 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application
- 3-5 years of experience
- Welding, burning, cutting
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes & PLC controls
- Familiar with DC-specific specialized software packages (ex. Crown PM, Gage) & equipment
- Able to read & understand electrical mechanical building type drawings/schematics
- Good safety awareness
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull & lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with LOTO
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
