Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility and conveyance equipment, adhering to OSHA standards and LOTO protocols while documenting work in the asset management system. Accurately report spare parts inventory levels and daily usage to leadership. Assist in training junior technicians to elevate performance during repairs. Collaborate with outside vendors to complete projects within the DC safely and timely. Shift runs Tuesday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. at a rate of $29.55/hr plus $1/hr shift differential. Requires 3-5 years of experience and expertise in PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Join DICK'S Sporting Goods to equip athletes and support the store's operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree - 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application
- 3-5 years of experience
- Welding, burning, cutting
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes & PLC controls
- Familiar with DC-specific specialized software packages (ex. Crown PM, Gage) & equipment
- Able to read & understand electrical mechanical building type drawings/schematics
- Good safety awareness
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull & lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with LOTO
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
