Job Summary
Ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for and perform basic preventive maintenance tasks including lubrication, filter changes, and visual inspections. Support equipment changeovers and sanitation procedures while assisting with troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision. Document all maintenance activities and report any irregularities or safety concerns immediately. Follow strict safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout, confined space entry, and PPE compliance while maintaining cleanliness of work areas. Monitor conveyors, ovens, freezers, and packaging equipment for proper function and temperature.
Required Qualifications
- Basic general electrical knowledge
- Must have strong working relationships with plant personnel
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
