Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance inspections, checks, and rounds to ensure hotel safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Perform routine entry-level repairs, assist with preventive and corrective maintenance, and log facility equipment updates in software applications. Communicate repair status and troubleshooting details via handheld radios and in person with employees and guests. Answer inquiries regarding local areas and hotel information while adhering to company standards, regulatory compliance, and health and safety protocols. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility to work in the United States. Includes free cruise after first season and random drug testing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid Driver's License (not revoked or suspended) with fewer than three moving violations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs./23kg
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to maintain attention to time constraints
- Ability to work in a team or group environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
