Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three years of related experience in equipment maintenance
- Moderate knowledge of and/or experience with PLC systems
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are beneficial
- Experience and/or certification in electrical systems, hydraulics, packaging, and preventative maintenance is preferred
Additional Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
