Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (Intermediate Level) to inspect properties and perform repairs to keep rental properties safe and functional. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing electrical systems, troubleshooting plumbing and heating components, performing interior/exterior painting, repairing doors/locks/hardware, general upkeep (windows, carpentry, etc.), assisting with pests control as needed, and maintaining records of work and materials used. Requires independent work with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills; ownership of hand and power tools and commitment to high-quality customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of general maintenance practices (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and challenges
- Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Own hand and power tools
