Maintenance Technician-2

Maintain building systems and the building envelope for a hotel property, perform preventive maintenance, and complete routine work orders (e.g., replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl). Inspect and assist in maintaining electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment; service the hotel pool and exterior grounds; refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms; move furnishings; ensure safety and compliance with codes; respond to guest questions and requests with courteous service; operate and assist with heavy machinery as needed. Requires ability to read instructions, communicate progress, and adapt to varied maintenance tasks; physically capable of lifting 25–50 lbs.; experience or certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Carpentry preferred.
