Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex machines, tools, and heavy equipment using electrical, PLC, mechanical, welding, and hydraulic systems. Manage the CMMS by creating work orders, uploading documentation, and updating parts inventory while assisting with cataloging and ordering supplies. Mentor Maintenance Technician I employees and rebuild machines to create special tools for production. Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues, review procedures, and minimize downtime through data-driven analysis. Perform heavy physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and operating machinery such as lathes and drill presses in a production environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous forklift experience
- 5+ years of experience
- 3 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines
- Completion of related technical training program, certificate, degree, or journeyman apprenticeship
