Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician 2 is responsible for maintaining and keeping apartment properties in a safe and attractive condition, performing diverse maintenance tasks with greater independence and problem-solving responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of full-time experience in implementing solutions for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, general repairs, or masonry in multifamily apartments or similar facilities
- High School Diploma required
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC
Additional Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license and legally required insurance
