Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair; perform preventative maintenance and turnover repairs to prepare vacant apartments; maintain building safety and grounds; provide outstanding resident service; support on-call emergencies and on-site operations; requires ability to lift 25–50 lbs, 10–20 lbs continuously, and reliable transportation; EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification to be earned after 12 months (bozzuto-paid); strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn; offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

- Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades
- Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation
- Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- On-call availability
