Maintenance Technician (2-2-3 -Days)

Job Summary

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems. Diagnose failures, implement repairs to minimize downtime, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Install, modify, and improve infrastructure while reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Assist with machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate work orders and follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements. Support emergency repairs to maintain production operations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently
  • Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems
  • Ability to safely use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in industrial environments
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required
  • Consent to drug testing

Desired Qualifications

  • Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance
  • Experience with Siemens PLCs and industrial automation
  • HVAC proficiency
  • Pipefitting proficiency
  • Welding / Fabrication proficiency
  • Industrial Electrical proficiency
