Job Summary
Maintain production equipment, building infrastructure, and support systems at the Verona, VA facility by diagnosing breakdowns, performing repairs, and applying preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Analyze technical drawings and wiring diagrams to service mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic devices while actively participating in 5S activities and safety culture initiatives. Coordinate with outside contractors and manage spare parts inventories to ensure full operational availability. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm in a fully on-site role supporting the Manufacturing Manager's objectives.
Required Qualifications
- A demonstrated safety orientation
- 5 years manufacturing related maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic machine systems
- Electrical knowledge up to 480 volts
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset able to prioritize work based on the schedules, goals and objectives of the organization
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Experience using a maintenance management system such as FIIX
