Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift at Pinch A Penny’s Suncoast Chemicals Plant in Clearwater, FL, responsible for maintenance, repair, and modifications of production equipment; set up equipment to support production efficiency; troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues; read technical drawings and wiring diagrams; perform basic welding and wiring up to 480V; lead and train junior technicians; ensure safety with PPE and adhere to a safety-sensitive environment; collaborate with production teams and document maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 5 years of experience in production maintenance or similar
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to learn new systems and tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- Leadership and project management skills preferred
