Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance, and documenting repairs to minimize downtime. Requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; basic welding and fabrication skills; familiarity with CNC machinery; adherence to safety protocols including lockout/tagout; and ability to work independently or with a team during the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM) in Burleson, TX. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic aptitude, and attention to detail are essential, along with effective communication across management and manufacturing personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance role
- hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience
- Preventative maintenance knowledge
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems
- Welding and fabrication skills helpful
- Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and CNC knowledge preferred
- Electrical knowledge of 110V, 220V, and 480V systems
- Ability to lift/push/pull heavy components
- Independent and team work
- PPE compliance
- Scheduled hours including overtime
- Stamina for fast-paced environments
- Professional communication with management and team
