Job Summary
Maintenance Technician Trainee on a 1st shift in Faribault, MN, on a rotating 12-hour schedule (6 AM–6 PM) with a contract-to-hire arrangement. The role focuses on hands-on training in industrial maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance within a USDA-regulated food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include shadowing experienced technicians, assisting with troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment, learning preventive maintenance procedures and CMMS, supporting maintenance tasks across pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical/mechanical systems, equipment adjustments/installations/repairs, practicing safe maintenance, and contributing to GMP and safety initiatives.
