Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

Execute maintenance duties on production equipment while adhering to the Crescent Safety Playbook and ensuring a clean, risk-free work environment. Complete all preventive maintenance schedules, participate in setups, and troubleshoot machinery to maintain quality output. Provide technical expertise by training FLOs, line leaders, and operators, while identifying continuous improvement ideas to enhance productivity. Specify cost-effective spare parts and services, and communicate quality issues to leadership for root cause analysis. Support customer trials and visits with real-time equipment assistance, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and on time.
