Job Summary
Perform skilled maintenance and repair of facility equipment including boiler, chiller, wastewater, and treated water systems. Troubleshoot and maintain production lines and batching/processing equipment while ensuring tasks meet Quality, Service, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Cost Objectives. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track all work and safely operate a forklift and high reach after completing required lift training. Requires 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience with diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance skills, plus working knowledge of PLC, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Full-time role in Dallas with no sponsorship available; pay range $73,907-$92,383.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to achieve a passing score at the tech 1 level of the Maintenance Technician test
- 3 - 5 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance
- prior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
- Working knowledge of mechanical
- Working knowledge of electrical
- Working knowledge of lubrication
- Working knowledge of fabrication
- Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulics
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift
- Must be able to safely operate a high reach
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete lift training courses
- Must be able to properly trouble-shoot and maintain production lines and/or batching/processing equipment
- Must be able to utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track all work
- Must be able to perform building maintenance and troubleshooting
- Must be able to perform skilled maintenance and repair of facility equipment including boiler, chiller, wastewater, and treated water systems
- Must be able to ensure tasks are completed in a safe manner
- Must be able to ensure achievement of Quality, Service, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Cost Objectives
