Job Summary
Maintenance Technician on 1st shift responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics plant-wide; basic PLC knowledge; read and use equipment manuals to perform maintenance; complete multi-craft tasks and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner; maintain a clean, orderly work area; frequent lifting and physical activity; safety PPE required; offered benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, life and disability insurance; training schedule and shift pattern provided.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of machine functions, equipment safety hazards, power source, stored energy, pinch points, etc.
- Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical and building maintenance tasks.
- Basic working knowledge of PLC’s and electrical controls and ability to troubleshoot and repair as needed.
- Welding and Fabrication experience preferred.
