Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II at Pentair in Delavan, WI, responsible for installing, inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment, performing preventive maintenance on CNC and injection molding machines, plumbing/electrical/carpentry tasks, troubleshooting electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, maintaining spare parts inventory, supporting Lean activities (Kaizens, RCCM, 5-Why, A3), training Junior Technicians, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while working on 1st or 2nd shift. Role emphasizes proactive maintenance, documentation, and ability to operate tools and read technical documentation to minimize downtime. Shift hours: 1st 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd 3:00pm-11:30pm; compensation $27-30/hour DOE.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of technical training or job-related experience
- Injection Molding experience preferred
- ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- full competency in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- English communication skills
