Job Summary
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot aquatic equipment, H2OBX vehicles, and park facilities while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Assist with daily operations, including the startup and shutdown of water attractions, and perform other mechanical procedures requiring specialized training as assigned. Work independently to enforce waterpark standards and communicate effectively with the public and team members. Valid driver's license and CPO certification preferred. Schedule includes weekends and holidays due to the cyclical nature of the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Valid current driver's license
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form
- Ability to work independently
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Peripheral vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPO preferred
- Previous experience in a maintenance position preferred
- Knowledge of rules and regulations governing conduct of the public at pools
- Knowledge of swimming pool sanitation
- Basic mechanical aptitude
