Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for 12-hour night shifts performing machine repair and preventative maintenance, installation assistance on capital projects, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical breakdowns, and ensuring safety standards; requires 10+ years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance, PLCs/drives knowledge, and ability to read schematics and service manuals; shifts include Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays 7pm-7am; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation/holidays, and life insurance; lifting up to 80 lbs and work at heights may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Familiar with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems
- Troubleshoot PLCs and drives
- Experience with electrical panels, machinery, and motor controls
- Ability to read electrical schematics and service manuals
- Ability to inspect equipment and take corrective action
- Excellent oral and computer communication skills
- Ability to work with others
- Overtime/weekend/holiday flexibility
- Machine repair and preventive maintenance experience
- Installation/startup of equipment
- Capital project involvement
- Maintenance work order system entry
