Job Summary
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues while conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Respond promptly to resident service requests, prioritize urgent repairs, and coordinate with contractors for complex projects. Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts inventory, and inspection reports while adhering to all safety protocols and building codes. Perform minor painting, landscaping, and exterior component checks as needed. On-call availability for emergency situations is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of two (2) years' general experience in building trades
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from properties
- Ability to lift 50 100 lbs
- Ability to navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- FLSA CLASS: Non-Exempt
