Job Summary
Prepare vacancies for market-ready condition by performing community maintenance functions such as light bulb changes, caulking, filter replacements, and minor HVAC work. Respond to resident service requests and concerns while documenting findings in the maintenance log. Handle emergency repairs as required and report maintenance issues for vacant units, models, clubhouse, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor. Assist with inventory control, special projects, and keeping grounds free of debris. Drive a motorized vehicle for company business and attend training seminars as requested.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 1 Year
- General maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekend work
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

- EPA certifiable status
