Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Peabody Properties for an apartment community in Providence, RI. Responsible for routine, preventative and emergency maintenance across Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Appliance Repair, Locks & Keys, Basic Carpentry, Painting/Drywall, Janitorial/Grounds/Snow Removal, Cleaning; maintains common areas and exterior grounds to company standards; on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years in facilities maintenance, effective English communication, solid computer skills, strong customer service, initiative, reliable vehicle, and bilingual English/Spanish ability. Required Qualifications
