MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN-1

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, chillers, and thermal equipment to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability. Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical failures, and execute scheduled service tasks across building, home, and transportation fleets. Maintain accurate work logs and report system performance data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
