Job Summary
Maintenance Technician-1 responsible for performing preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize machine uptime, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, responding to breakdowns to minimize downtime, reading and interpreting technical drawings, supporting Continuous Improvement, TPM, and Lean programs, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards, conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent corrections, documenting maintenance in CMMS, and collaborating with production and engineering to optimize equipment, plus assisting with installation, modification, and commissioning of new machinery.
Required Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวส./ปริญญาตรี สาขา เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรือเมคคาทรอนิกส์
- ประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม ยานยนต์ เครื่องจักรหนัก หรือโรงงานผลิต
- ทักษะงานเชื่อมหรือ Fabrication
- Automation หรือ Robotics
- สามเฟสไฟฟ้า, PLC เบื้องต้น, เซ็นเซอร์
- ความรู้ระบบ Hydraulic และ Pneumatic
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Preventive Maintenance และ CMMS
- Troubleshooting + RCA
- Lean / TPM / Six Sigma
- PLC (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi)
