Job Summary
Entry-level facilities maintenance technician sought to learn and contribute to an advanced indoor farming maintenance team. Responsibilities include daily facility walkthroughs and inspections, setup and disassembly of production equipment, preventative maintenance tasks, keeping tools and work areas organized, operating powered industrial equipment, using CMMS to open/close work orders and schedule PMs, following safety and food safety requirements (PPE, LOTO), working at heights and in confined spaces, attending company-sponsored training to build skills, owning a functional process area, cross-functional collaboration, and flexibility to work various shifts to support operations.
