Job Summary
Complete assigned service requests for residential properties, handling repairs and upkeep in areas such as heating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and flooring. Ensure all work is finished professionally, cleanly, and on time while maintaining the attractive appearance of buildings and grounds. Provide ongoing input on property improvements for budget consideration and participate in site meetings as needed. Utilize required safety equipment and own hand tools while traveling to multiple sites. Schedule includes on-call evenings and weekends on a rotational basis with extended hours and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- High School or equivalent education with one to two years' related experience and/or training preferred
- Experience in HVAC
- EPA Universal certification
- Boilers License
- Pool Certification
