Job Summary
Schedule and perform HVAC system maintenance, including filter changes and operational issue identification. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on agency vehicles, coordinating repairs with external providers. Execute facility maintenance duties such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and sheetrock repair while prioritizing submitted work orders. Perform monthly safety inspections of all facilities, document findings, and assist with safety drills. Track expenditures for accounting compliance and handle interoffice mail, meals, and supply deliveries. Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for emergency services.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written expression
- Knowledge and ability to perform minor automotive maintenance, repair, and inspections
- Knowledge and ability to perform daily healthcare facilities maintenance within regulatory compliance
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with clients, staff, and other agencies
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver's license and provide proof of liability insurance coverage
- Minimum HS Diploma
- 3-5 years experience in general facility maintenance
