Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for planning and executing assigned maintenance processes, analyzing technical problems on site, completing maintenance procedures or repairs, and preparing machines and equipment for operations. Includes contributing to installation projects on site, supporting accountable Industrial Engineers, and maintaining technical documentation of processes and equipment. Provides routine technical maintenance in production or logistics with different machines, and may serve in inbound, FAQ-based 1st level customer service for incidents. Documents work/results in the systems; follows work instructions and maintenance procedures to provide reliable service.
