Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping the community grounds safe, organized, and stocked; handle service requests and inspections; read water meters and resolve leaks; assist in new home delivery/set-up; maintain facilities, vehicles, and tools; participate in safety/team meetings; follow OSHA standards and PPE protocols; respond to after-hours calls; operate in a community setting with residents and vendors; physical duties include lifting up to 50-85 lbs, climbing ladders, and performing snow removal/de-icing as applicable.
