Maintenance Technican

Maintain rooms in operating condition by performing repairs on appliances, bathroom fixtures, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Execute general plumbing, replace broken mirrors, hang fixtures, paint, and repair furniture, carpet, marble, tile, windows, and decorations. Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the hotel and handle all other duties as required. Must be able to work at heights of 10', lift 50lbs safely, and operate inside or outside in all seasons. Prior work experience as a Maintenance Technician is required.
