Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining community grounds, completing service requests and inspections, and assisting with home deliveries and repairs. The role requires the ability to respond to emergency calls, maintain OSHA standards, and safely handle potentially hazardous materials. Candidates should have experience in home refurbishment, a valid driver’s license, and capabilities in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operations are preferred. The technician must be able to lift up to 85 lbs, work safely around various animals, and participate in team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous home refurbishment or make-ready experience preferred
- Ability to maintain safety and quality standards
