Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at a luxury day spa and gym location (Woodside Racquet Club) responsible for minor repairs across club facilities including fitness equipment, pools, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Under the Director of Facilities, duties include repairing equipment, monitoring pool chemicals, inventorying supplies, assisting with event setup/teardown, maintaining storage and loading-dock areas, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Requires strong communication, ability to multi-task and stay organized, proficiency with MS Office, and physical ability to move up to 70 pounds. Education/experience typical: High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of facility maintenance.
Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years facility maintenance experience
- Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation
