Maintenance Tech- Weekend Shift

Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, facility equipment, and supporting systems including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose issues in 110V, 240V, and 480V systems, read schematics, and perform MIG and stick/arc welding as needed. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on overhead cranes, CNC machines, and other industrial assets to reduce downtime. Document repairs, respond to maintenance requests, and collaborate with production teams while adhering to all safety procedures. Work independently with minimal supervision on a weekend shift. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of industrial maintenance, maintenance mechanic, or similar mechanical experience
- Working knowledge of industrial machinery and facility equipment
- Experience troubleshooting 110V, 240V, and 480V electrical systems
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documentation
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to use electrical meters, gauges, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to organize work, maintain accurate records, and communicate equipment concerns clearly
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively as part of a maintenance and operations team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with overhead cranes, CNC machinery, and welding equipment
- MIG and stick/arc welding and fabrication experience
- Vocational or technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechatronics, or a related field
- Certified Maintenance Manager or another applicable maintenance certification
