Job Summary
Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24 hours and follow up to assure customer satisfaction. Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds by performing onsite and preventative maintenance. Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days and maintain 80% of vacant units in ready condition daily. Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times. Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan. This role requires constant standing, walking, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Constant need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
- Must be customer service oriented
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
